Internationalshipping costs vary depending on the country and shipping conditions. Please contactour customer service via email or WhatsApp before ordering multiple pairsof shoes. We will calculate the packagesize and provide the correct shipping cost before you checkout.
Overseasorders only be shipped using two methods:
1. Shipping via SF Express islimited to Mainland China, Hong Kong, and Macau only. Shipping fee pay on delivery.
2. For the other countries, shipmentwill be sent via EMS (Express Mail Service).
EMS detail
The volumetric weight of ashipment is a calculated based on the density of the package.
Thevolumetric or dimensional weight is compared to the actual weight of the shipmentto determine which is greater; the greater weight is used to calculate the shippingcosts.
Volumetricweight calculation：
Volumetric weight = Length (cm) × Width(cm) × Height (cm)÷6000 (cm³)
Please select your shipping country/region after youhad finish shopping. Shipping fee is calculated and shows with the total amountand the final payment page.
※ Althoughcharges are not always incurred, assessment of duties and taxes will be basedon the value of the order and the tax-free threshold, if it exists, for goodsimported into the destination country. InternationalExpress Mail Service (EMS)Guidelines
1. Maximum InsuranceCoverage: The maximuminsured value for each EMS shipment is NT$50,000.
2. Exclusions forInsurance Services: Insuranceservices are not available for shipments to Paraguay, Uruguay,Colombia, Mexico, Guatemala, El Salvador, Honduras, Nigeria, or anycountries/regions currently in a state of war.
3. Return Chargesfor EMS: If an EMSshipment is returned by the destination postal service due to non-delivery, thesender is responsible for paying all applicable return fees beforethe package can be reclaimed.
4. Return Chargesfor International Parcels: If aninternational parcel is returned by the destination postal service due tonon-delivery, the sender must cover all associated return costs to retrieve theshipment.
